Full description:

Located in Maenam, the entrance to the villa is a shallow lily pond and a wooden bridge from the lounge straddles the pond to a small, well maintained, garden that also runs the length of the building.

The entrance hallway leads to the terrazzo pool, large sun terrace and main living area. A staircase from the villa entrance gives access to the lower level of the villa. The pool features a swim -up bar and pool-side sala with comfortable L-shaped built- in seating and an attractive bamboo wall.

As you leave the sunken pool -side bar, stone steps lead to the top level of the villa. To the right and directly above the pool side bar is a sun terrace with a feature sail canopy. This area has superb views and has both comfortable sofas and a dining area that can comfortably seat eight.

To the left of the stairs are the two master bedrooms that have views directly over the lawn. The large, hard wood floor covered terrace in front of the bedrooms has comfortable sun loungers and easy chairs from where you can relax take in the view and enjoy a cocktail. Taking the steps back down to the pool level, the living area can be found directly under the master bedrooms. The open plan lounge area is contemporary in design, dark wooden furniture, a 50 inch flat screen TV with surround sound, a large coffee table and comfortable seating. The lounge area has windows on both sides offering views of both the feature pond to the rear of the property and the pool and gardens to the front.

The dining room has a large dark wood dining table that can comfortably seat ten. Beyond this you will find the well appointed and modern kitchen that has white cupboards, dark granite work surfaces and a large American style double door fridge. Behind the kitchen is a useful guest w/c.

Two further bedrooms can be found to the right of the living area, both of which have direct access to the pool terrace. Bedroom 3 to the far end of the pool has glass walls and doors overlooking the pool as well as the gardens. This room is attractively furnished, has plenty of wardrobe space and has an en-suite bathroom that features twin sinks and a free standing terrazzo bathtub. Bedroom 4 has a similar layout with en-suite rain shower.
A further set of steps lead down from the pool terrace to a further sun terrace that has a waterfall feature fed directly from the pool above and a massage sala.

Behind the cascading water you will find a beautiful stone wall carving. The terrace here has superb single and double sun loungers and is the ideal place to enjoy views of the gardens beyond and soak up the sun.

Beyond the sala area is bedroom 5 with its own terrace with sun loungers. This room has an en suite shower room.

On the lower level you will find a home cinema room with a 50 inch flat screen TV, 6th bedroom which would be ideal for a nanny or teenagers and maids quarters.

The layout of this superior villa lends itself well to large groups or several families sharing. The separate dining areas, relaxing areas, separate sun terraces and split level design offer plenty of privacy as well as communal areas that are large enough to host private parties.
