Located just above the village (about a 10 minute walk to the village centre – albeit a very steep walk back up!) this lovely detached house is one of several in a group, all enjoying magnificent views over the village, countryside and across the Velez valley towards the mountains.

A short drive leads to the private parking area, and from here one can access a short passage, through an archway, which leads around the back of the house, and right around to the front and the terrace. To the left, an arch leads into the kitchen/dining room (4.74 x 4m). This is a lovely room, a real ‘live-in’ kitchen, where one can cook, eat and entertain all in one space. It is fully fitted and has attractive wooden units. Double doors from the kitchen lead outside to a pretty side terrace and small area of land with trees for natural shade.

From the kitchen is a door to bedroom 3 (3.5 x 4.25m) which has its own shower room.

Outside, along the rear of the house is access to the flat roof of part of the house, which could be made into an extra terrace, with those amazing views always in sight! This roof area is 8 x 3.5m.

A short passage and a few shallow steps leads to the front terrace, which is triangular in shame, with white ballustrade framing the views and a beautiful 8 x 4m pool.
