This large property is situated in Umbria, in the Tevere valley, near the regional border with Tuscany and not far from the small hamlet of Citerna (Perugia). The location is flat but panoramic, surrounded by fields and meadows.
The estate was first recorded in some historical books of the 17th century and has been recently subjected to a careful restoration that has partially renovated all the buildings.
