The olive grove is completely separate from the property but is only 50 metres away, the garden on the other hand, is directly behind the house and there are other portions of land forming a solid frame around the property and to the front, where it borders the quiet Tarmac road.
There are other attractive buildings close by but, unusually, they are in a row rather than a cluster so the view of the area is uninterrupted and very pretty; Lake Trasimeno can just be seen from the loggia, as can Paciano itself.
The property measures approximately 200 square metres and both floors could be connected internally if desired. The arched ground floor rooms would make a great kitchen and dining area with direct access outside, thus freeing some of the upstairs for a couple of extra bedrooms. Equally, the property could be left as it is and the ground floor renovated at a later stage.
Perugia airport is about 50 kilometres away and Castiglione del Lago and all local amenities only 14 kilometres.
