There is a bath with shower screen plus another vanity unit with mirror. From the bedroom you have a balcony with table and chairs over looking the pool and garden area. An excellent spot for morning coffee . The gardens are beautiful and a nice spot to take them in.

We have another 2 large bedrooms again with balconies and fully furnished. As mentioned before the floors are all marble throughout giving these rooms a classy look . We have another shared shower room with cubicle and vanity unit on this level also. Overall this floor is ample space for a family but we also have the top floor which is the icing on the cake.


The top floor is self contained and is a very large bedroom with 4 beds and comes en suite with a shower room. This area is child friendly as the stairs have ornate metal gates and railings separating it from the lower floors.

There is a large roof terrace which is an excellent space from this room. It is large enough for tables , chairs and sun loungers. The mountain views are fantastic and you can even see the sea showing how close to the beach this property really is.

The property has central heating piping, air con throughout 6 in total, double glazed throughout, mosquito nets, solar energy water heating and back up, all bed lining , towels for 10 people plus the same again and many many more extras.

Overall our assessment is this is a quality home and offers something for everyone. Weather a holiday home or all year home it is a good example of a luxury home in this area. This is a turn key property with absolutely nothing for a future purchaser to do but to move in.
