The villa is located in a small cul-de-sac in a quiet location and just five minutes drive from the beach and facilities on Mojacar playa. Residents of La Parata have the option to become members of the swimming pool club which has restaurant and bar facilities, for an annual fee - the restaurant is a short five minute walk down the hill from the villa and is rated number one on TripAdvisor for the Mojacar area. The owners have rented the villa only for July and August in the past three years and achieve 1300 euros per week which can pay for the running and maintenance on the villa for the year.
