278 units of 699 units of Block B are design to be used as residential units, where the other 421 units of 699 are designed to be used as hotels. There are 17 units in typical floor of Block B, where 14 of them are 1+1 type and 3 of the are 1+0 type units.
The units facing North of Block B are called as Block B1; on the other hand units facing West, South and East of Block B are called as Block B2. Block B1 has residential units where Block B2 has only hotel units.
Entire units in Block B2 and all 1+0 type units are closed for transactions for now. Units in the Block B1 are closed or open for transaction in seven floors rows. First seven floors starting from first basement to 7th floor are open for transaction. Fallowing seven floors are closed for interaction. This pattern repeats itself up to top.

Specifications for Earthquake Resistance, Ground Reinforcement and Rough Construction Works
The drilling works were carried out at 30 meters of depth under the foundation and ground study was created accordingly. Classical method and Strain Gauge method were used for the determination of safe fore pole cross section and fore pole with Q100 cm diameter and 30 meters length was applied under the foundation accordingly. The ground consultancy of the project was carried out by Boğaziçi University team.
Including the sections with terrace under blocks 200 piece ,28m dept , Q100 cm and Q80cm fore poles were applied.
Block Foundations and Load-Bearing System:
General raft foundation with a height of 2.00 meters was applied in the block foundations. The reinforced concrete of the building was made with conventional molding system and the entire molding-scaffold system was specially designed for this project.
Concrete and Steel Class: C35 class ready-mixed concrete shall be used for foundations with high resistance and C40 class ready-mixed concrete shall be used for superstructure. St III steel shall be used for the reinforced concrete.
Insulation: Insulation was provided with Ab Schoumburg Betocrete crystallized capillary water tightness material was used for raft foundation bottoms and insulation was provided with Ab Schoumburg Combiflex Ab for the sides of the foundation and curtains.
Exterior: The exteriors of the blocks shall be coated with jacketing and modern composite panels for heat and sound insulation.
Warning and fire-extinguishing system shall be provided in all flats and common areas in case of any fire with wireless busbar system.
The smart intercom system shall feature fire alarm, theft alarm and elevator calling button at home and shall also allow talking with other flats, talking with social areas and reception, communication with the security unit of the housing site and monitoring with camera.
The fire-extinguishing installation shall be provided with sprinkler extinguishing system.
Water Tank: Water tanks with modular use + fire reserve shall be used.

Lighting with sensors shall be provided in buildings and common areas; modern lighting shall be provided with spots at the building entrance; and balcony, common bathroom and parent bathroom lighting shall be provided in the flats. A generator providing energy to common areas of the housing site and enabled and disabled within 3-4 seconds in case of any power cut shall be installed and interior homes.
1 or 2 sockets shall be used in the flats for phone infrastructure.
TV installation shall be suitable for satellite and cable broadcasts.
Internet: ADSL internet connection shall be installed to the flats with fiber optic cable for fast data access.
Elevators: Elevators featuring fully automatic superior quality, fast service, intercom and individual security shall be installed.
Building Entrance: First class imported natural granite or imported marble shall be used for the floors of the reception and lobby, as well as imported wallpaper, decorative stones or similar modern applications shall be used for the walls. They shall be decorated with modern lighting apparatus. There shall be a lobby for waiting.
Floor Halls: First class vitrified granite, ceramic or marble shall be used and the stairs shall be of first class marble.
