The colours change from season to season and from hour to hour, looking bright greens to moody greys to dazzling purples. And sometimes in winter the very tops dusted in snow!

The main house over-looks the tiny Village of Benicolet with its pretty church standing proud in the centre and lit each night. The bells can be heard each hour and at Christmas, carols are played via the church’s PA system!

The village is only a 5 minute stroll and has less then 500 residents, the few of them that are seen are very friendly and are happy to involve new-comers in their many fiestas! For a tiny village it is surprisingly well equipped! It has a general store, a bakers, a butchers, a bank, a town hall and 3 small bars!!! Benicolet also boasts an international riding stables which hosts many events, a health spa and a quiet licensed airfield, where micro lights and helicopters can be flown in/out or hangared .

The cost of living in Spain is still lower than the UK. The properties could also be considered as an investment as the price has been set to reflect the present financial climate. The sellers would also be happy to rent the property back from the buyers for a minimum 12 month period while they build another smaller place in the same valley (for their ever-decreasing family!).
