This is a gorgeous villa divided into two separate residences on the edge of Prato on approximately 18 hectares of which approx 4 hectares of the land is "uliveto" olives. The views are stunning and typically Tuscan. It is easy to arrive in Florence, on average 27 minutes by car and 12 mins by train gets you into the centre of Florence with trains leaving at regular intervals from Prato Centrale Station.

The road leading to the house is paved and not at all busy or noisy. You enter through gates and on the left are outbuildings and parking with a garden area. Also on the ground floor of the villa is a service kitchen and a service bathroom separate from the main residences.

If you walk past the villa on your right and straight ahead, you enter a second gate to the vast private garden, there is a pool and another outbuilding which is listed as an outdoor forno (pizza oven) and wood store. The garden is very green and maintained to perfection.
