The park is open all year and has the added advantages of a clubhouse with billiards, darts and regular game nights. There is a small swimming pool open from June to October and a petanque and children's play area, friends and family are welcome to come and visit and up to 3 pets per plot are allowed. The nearby village of Albatera with its white houses and wide streets lined with palm trees is within walking distance of the park and has banks, bars, restaurants, butchers, bakers, greengrocers, supermarkets, health centre, pharmacy and a weekly street market.
