State of repair
The renovated farmhouse that is for sale dates back to approximately 1800, and was restored in 2001, retaining many of the original Umbrian style features. The roof, windows and doors, kitchen and fixtures and fittings have all been refurbished. There are local reclaimed brick and stone exteriors and the roof was refurbished using the old original roof tiles, internally there are wooden beamed ceilings with terracotta tiles and the walls in the living area have been painted white. There is also a large brick archway and terracotta floors. The interior doors and windows as well as the shutters are the original wood of the period and have been sympathetically restored. The property has a quality finish.

All necessary utilities are present. There is mains water and electricity supply. The heating system is supplied by a GPL gas boiler with radiator system.
