Mael Carhaix is less than a 10 minute drive and has everything apart from a major supermarket. The large towns of Callac, Rostrenen and Carhaix are all within a 20 minute drive, so a great location and ease to get to busy town. Viewings are highly recommended and I can assure you the pictures don't do it justice as much as I tried.
