This house stands beside the old Katschberg valley road in Eisentratten/Leoben about 5 minutes from the artistic town of Gmünd, the home of the Porsche Museum and birthplace of the Porsche sports cars. There is an access ramp onto the A10 autobahn at Gmünd. The Katschberg Ski Area (www.katschi.at) and the ski resort of Innerkrems are within easy reach. The lake Millstättersee is about a 15 minute drive as is the main shopping town of Spittal an der Drau. The house is on the edge of the Nockberge National Park, an area of outstanding beauty. The airport at Klagenfurt is about an hour away and Salzburg is about 1hour 40 minutes drive. Venice can be reached in a little over two and a half hours.

Layout: ground floor - entrance hall, very large 7 metre by 5 metre living room with woodburning stove, front entrance door and hallway, 3 rooms that have yet to be renovated, stairs to first floor. If these rooms were renovated the house could easily be divided into two apartments.
