A very large, two storey, country house of 250m2 plus a huge 50m2 porch plus a 100m2 ruin on a plot of 9,600m2 (part fenced) in beautiful countryside in a private location ideal for a rural, B&B, yoga retreat etc or someone wanting peace and quiet.

The property currently has 3 bedrooms but more can be easily added.

The house has been renovated but has been empty for a few years so it will need tlc. The property is too far from the electricity supply so a solar electricity supply or generator would need to be installed which could cost approx €15,000 to €20,000 but this is more than reflected in the price.. Similarly it will not be possible to connect to mains water so a deposit tank will need to be installed.

It would need to be checked to see if internet connection is poosible by one of the local suppliers.

The house currently has two huge ensuite bedrooms upstairs. One easily holds 3 double beds with double doors leading to a sun terrace and the other 2 double beds. These rooms could be used as yoga or music studios or they could be split into more bedrooms.

Downstairs is a large kitchen and dining room, three connected living rooms, 1 with a fireplace, loby area, bedroom and shower room. The living rooms and dining room have doors leading on to the huge 50m2 covered terrace with arches which again would make an ideal workshop area.

Next to the house is a 100m2 ruin. Around the house is 9,600m2 of land. approx 1,600m2 is flat, the rest is hillside.

Access to the property is by unmade country track of approx 1 mile. A 4x4 is not needed but may be more comfortable.

Within a 10 mins drive you can be in a village with a restaurant, bar, shop, doctors and school. The traditional, thriving market town of Huercal-Overa with its award winning hospital and numerous shops, restaurants, historic buildings etc is 15 mins drive away and within 40 to 45 mins drive you can be on the coast at San Juan de Los Terreros, Mojacar, Garrucha or Vera.
