The house has been renovated but has been empty for a few years so it will need tlc. The property is too far from the electricity supply so a solar electricity supply or generator would need to be installed which could cost approx €15,000 to €20,000 but this is more than reflected in the price.. Similarly it will not be possible to connect to mains water so a deposit tank will need to be installed.
It would need to be checked to see if internet connection is poosible by one of the local suppliers.
The house currently has two huge ensuite bedrooms upstairs. One easily holds 3 double beds with double doors leading to a sun terrace and the other 2 double beds. These rooms could be used as yoga or music studios or they could be split into more bedrooms.

The traditional, thriving market town of Huercal-Overa with its award winning hospital and numerous shops, restaurants, historic buildings etc is 15 mins drive away and within 40 to 45 mins drive you can be on the coast at San Juan de Los Terreros, Mojacar, Garrucha or Vera.
