Outside, looking out to the pretty village square, and surrounded by flowering pot plants and shrubs, is a small terrace area where one can sit and watch the village inhabitants come and go! From here, the front door leads into the living room. This lovely, cosy room is 9 x 2.5m with an open fireplace at one end and beamed ceiling. An opening in the amazingly thick rear living room wall leads into a study or office area of around 2 x 2m, with internet connection.

Opposite the front door is an opening leading into the kitchen/dining room area. The kitchen (3 x 3m) has modern units and appliances, with a window overlooking the private patio garden. And next to the kitchen is the dining room area (3 x 2m), open plan to the kitchen.

A door from the kitchen leads out into the patio garden area (5 x 5m), on two levels, with garden table and chairs and plenty of flowering plants. At the far end of the upstairs living room is a door to bedroom 2 (4 x 2.5m) with window at the far end and built in wardrobe and next to it is the main bathroom, a lovely room (4.75 x 2.5m) with a full sized bath and separate walk-in shower with glass brick wall.

This lovely house is perfect for anyone wishing to live in a true Andalusian village but within an excellent climate (tropical fruit-growing valley with many million avocado and mango trees growing all around) and close to the coast, but well away from the tourists!
