A hallway leads to the kitchen which is well fitted with twin bowl sink, units along two sides, an electric oven and gas hob. There is space for a fridge and dishwasher. Ideally situated off the kitchen is the small enclosed private patio. Here a cupboard contains the gas supply and electric water boiler. Also on this floor is a spacious shower room with recess and plumbing for a washing machine. The stairs are a feature, being made of marble with wooden handrails. The upper landing contains a small cloakroom with toilet and hand basin. The main bedroom has two shuttered windows and a high wooden ceiling and is a lovely spacious room. The second bedroom is smaller, has one shuttered window plus a door leading onto the sun terrace which is big enough for sun loungers and a table.
