General condition
The Château is lived in but will need some restoration such as plumbing, some heating, new bathrooms, kitchen, shutters and windows need some attention too. The entire 2nd floor has not been used for a long time. Electrics are partly done. All windows are single paned and have traditional wooden shutters. Radiators powered by oil central heating in the Chateau apartment to the right. The tower apartments have electric convectors. The Chateau apartment to the left has no heating.
