The historical building of XIX century sited in the central square of the city Aradeo in Salento (Puglia) in the splendid baroque Lecce style in only 13 km from the beautiful beaches of the Ionian Sea and 20 km from Gallipoli. Aradeo the town of Greek-Byzantine origin originated in the IX century is located in the central-southern Salento, in 25 km from Lecce and 13 km from the Ionian Sea, 20 km from Gallipoli, 30 km from Otranto, 55 km from the Cape of Santa Maria di Leuca. The agro aradeino is mainly cultivated with olive groves and vineyards, with which produces excellent oils and wines. It enjoys a Mediterranean climate with mild winters and hot summers.


The palace built in the late nineteenth century, by a local aristocratic family, has a facade in n the splendid Lecce Baroque style in typical local stone, carparo.
