Casa Mario is a beautiful lakeside terrace house with magnificent gardens stretching down to the lake shore.

Approached down a communal driveway, the private grounds of Casa Mario are delineated by wooden gates and high hedges.

At present Casa Mario is configured as two independent apartments each of approximately 60 sq.mt., one above the other, the lower one having the legal title to the gardens. The other alternative is to replace the two small galley kitchens with an internal spiral staircase joining the two floors. The lower floor living area could then have an open-plan kitchen installed in the present living room, thus creating a spacious kitchen - dining room with open fire, leading straight out (as at present) on to the splendid dining terrace. The two bedrooms and bathroom would remain. On the upper floor, the large room would become the main living room with fireplace opening on to its balcony. If four bedrooms are required, the present bedroom layout could remain unchanged; if only three, then the small bedroom could become a dressing room, thus creating a fine master bedroom suite.

Each apartment has the right to a reserved parking space, so a combined Casa Mario will have two reserved undercover parking spaces.

The 3,000 sq.mt. gardens and grounds sweep down from the property to the lake shore. There is a small formal garden at the entrance to the property and then the grounds have been beautifully terraced down the slope. Set among the terracing is a large wooden pagoda, ideal for relaxing on a summer's afternoon. The attractive pathways winding down through the terraces are lit and other lights have been placed among the trees and bushes. As the ground flattens towards the lake, there is a little wooden bridge over a rivulet, there are external showers and near the lakeshore, there is a wonderful rustic al fresco dining area, complete with a large built-in grill.
