Detached cottage in the Tarn.

This has to be the archetypal French country cottage, set in magnificent countryside close to a small hamlet, with fine views, and an ample amount of land. It has been simply and tastefully restored, and comes with period features and central heating.

A ladder type staircase leads up from the third bedroom to a converted attic room, used as a tv room.

To the rear of the house is an old stable, and bread oven, which are used as store and boiler rooms, but could perhaps but put to more imaginative use, and incorporated into the house. There is about 30m2 of floor area.

The land consists of a small orchard to one side of the property, and a field stretching away on the other side - plenty of room for a pony and/or a pool! (0.58 ha or 1.43 acres)
