The main floor has a classic Venetian tripartite structure with a large and stunning seventy square meters living room on the center, with amazing panoramic water views over the canals below and the Van Axel Palace. On the two lateral sides, we can find three elegant bedrooms (the two main double bedrooms have both a marvelous view on the water), two kitchens, a dining room, three bathrooms and a laundry room. In one of the master bedrooms we can admire a prestigious traditional Venetian terrazzo floor, decorated with scrolls and floral motifs.
