Dolna Lipnitsa is located in North-Central Bulgaria and is included in Municipality Pavlikeni. It is situated about 30 miles north of regional center of Veliko Turnovo and 10 miles from theMunicipal Town of Pavliekni. The village offers all amenities for a normal living, such as shops, bar, church, bus station, post office, etc.
There is a small dam and a river near by, suitable for fishing and swimming during the summer. The Region of Dolna Lipnitsa is a hunting area and provides different kinds of games. The place is suitable also for walking, picnics and rural tourism. Few miles away from the Dolna Lipnitsa are located mineral baths famous for their healing virtues.
