Located four kilometres from Tarbert village in north Kerry on the R551, this spacious three bedroom dormer style cottage was built in 2005. The original dwelling was a traditional Irish stone built cottage, and the stone feature was retained when the dwelling was extended. The cottage was demolished except for the feature walls, three sides of the original cottage were dry lined, and a new structure built around it, including new wiring, plumbing, roofing, insulation, flooring, two hot water systems installed, underfloor heating in the kitchen area and conservatory. This is a high specification comfortable spacious home which is no more than 10 years old. The accommodation consists of entrance porch, living room, kitchen, conservatory, utility, cloakroom, and ensuite bedroom on the ground floor, a spacious landing which could accommodate a fourth bedroom and two ensuite double bedrooms on the first floor.
