Heading up to the top floor, you have a very similar layout with a further large master bedroom with en-suite and large private sea facing balcony. The fourth bedroom is a smaller double room and again having the privacy of an en-suite shower room and smaller private balcony.

This house doesn't stop there, the stairs continue up to a large rooftop terrace with ample space for all the family, to enjoy a relaxing evening at home, with a cool drink whilst gazing across the sea and watching the amazing Kalkan sunsets.
