The door leads straight into a fitted kitchen and dining area with store room and shower room beyond. The Studio also has its own very private terrace.

The pool area:
Located centrally and accessed by all units and sections of the complex via pretty paths or steps, this is a perfect area for communal gatherings, yoga sessions, relaxing, sunbathing, barbecuing and swimming, etc. The area consists of a pool (7 x 4m), a covered poolside area of 4 x 2.5m with seating, and a very large open, tiled sun terrace with sun loungers, sun shades and a barbecue area.

The gardens:
Above the main house is a little path that takes the visitor up through pretty rockeries to a lovely terrace area with a huge, two-hundred year old carrob tree creating plenty of natural shade. Elsewhere, there is further scope for gardens, in the form of a large area currently divided into different dog, animal and bird cages. This could be redeveloped for whatever use might be required, from a vegetable patch or fruit tree orchard, to a games area, or further terracing.
