Situated on the slopes of Mount Cetona and surrounded by greenery, the villa is reached by a quiet secondary road.
This beautiful old farmhouse, divided into several sections that follow the natural slope of the hill, is newly renovated but keeping tradition aspects in mind. The technique and the materials used are typical of the buildings in the area: ancient wooden beams, terracotta floors on the ground floor, wooden floors on the second, stone and terracotta tiled roofs.
Behind the house a shady pergola and a wrought-iron gazebo give shelter from the sun during the day and cool at night.
A gently sloping lawn leads to the swimming pool with another wrought iron gazebo.

The villa is on two floors and the rooms are spacious and bright.
On the ground floor kitchen with fireplace, dining room, a large living room with fireplace, study, guest bathroom, bedroom with ensuite.
On the first floor a double bedroom with ensuite, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
