Main Château
The 19th century Château is entered through a magnificent hall with tiled floors and separated into two separate independant accommodation. On the right is the main house, recently restored in its entirety. Wine production
The vineyard spans on 20 hectares and is planted with 50% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Franc and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon for the reds, and 60% Sémillon and 40% Sauvignon for the whites. The red and rosé accounts for 90% of the production. There is an existing efficient international distribution network, allowing to sell 80% of the production (100 000 bottles) each year, the rest being sold to a négociant. The estate also sells directly to visitor thanks to a tasting room and a shop, installed on a side of the château. The terroir is argilo-calcaire with gravel and the vines are well exposed on a south facing slope with natural drainage. There is a collection tank for effluent.
The thermo-regulation for the wine making is manual. There are 2 Château names and 2 brand names.
