gives a rare feeling of space. Arches mark the passage between rooms. The dining room, with its antique doors forming a closet under the stairs, is facing south east. South west side, living room with stone chimney extends into a space north-facing office. North east, designer cuisine opens onto a terrace with barbecue by the pool. Another input east allows one to enter directly into the dining room and gives access to a second small kitchen. Separate toilets complete this level.

First floor:
Following on from the entrance main, the staircase leads directly into a large room lit by three windows to the south, currently used as a playroom.
One bedroom faces south, another north and north east. This level is equipped with a large bathroom, toilets and a dressing room which could
easily be transformed into a bathroom.

Second floor:
The staircase continues to the second floor, but only on the south side of the house where are the three bedrooms, one has private shower room. This level also incorporates another shower room, toilet and a kitchen.

The Mas has no less than three kitchens and three terraces equipped with a corner barbecues. On the second floor, it forms a nice apartment. Its a high quality renovation favours modular spaces, it would be easy to split the house into several parts, one can be made totally independent.
