This four bedroom house is set in a lovely village location, which is very peaceful but is still close enough to amenities. The property comes with just under 6000 sqm of land which is all flat so perfect for equestrians as there is also alot of shaded spots.

To the front of the property there is a gated entrance which leads down the driveway of the house. There is a porch area to the front. Here is where the front door is situated. To the left there are two of the bedrooms windows and to the right, the living room window.

On entering we have a good size hall with various cupboard spaces. To the right there is a set of double doors leading into the living room which is all open space with the kitchen and dining space. The living room is a good size and has two large windows. Through a large archway, there is the kitchen and dining space. There is another large window above the sink in the kitchen with good views over the garden. While in the kitchen, to the left there is a small pantry and a door leading to the exterior.

Going back through towards the hall, there is the hallway where the bedrooms and bathrooms are. On this corredor, there is the four bedrooms. two to the left and the others to the right. The first division to the right, before the two bedrooms, is one of the bathrooms. This bathroom is a good size and has a bathtub. Further down we have the other two bedrooms which are both good sizes and have large windows, giving the rooms lots of light.

The other two bedrooms at the other side of the house are also very good and one has built in wardrobes. At the end of the corredor there is another bathroom, this one doesn't have a bath tub but has a good size shower cabinet.

The property has central heating installed already and has double glazing. There is a water deposit and a lovely and traditional stone circle still in perfect condition in the garden. There is another porch area to the back of the property aswell with excellent views.

The property is located in the village of Chaos, where there are cafes, mini-market, bakers, butchers and weekly market. The town of Ferreira do Zêzere is around 20 minutes drive from the property and there are supermarkets, pharmacies, school, bus station, sports centre, library, shops, restaurants and cafes.

The historic town of Tomar, which is home to the UNESCO listed Convento do Cristo, is around 15 minutes drive from the property . Tomar is a popular and bustling town and has a wide variety of restaurants, shops, cafes, pharmacies, hospital, cinema, schools, university and bus and train station,

The closest airport to the property is situated at Lisbon, which is around one and three quarter hours' by car. Lisbon airport is serviced by a variety of low cost airlines which operate regular flights into and out of the United Kingdom and other European countries.
