Avalon by the Sea has beautiful verdant grounds that are well watered via a sprinkler system and a garden well provides an unlimited supply of clean water, a rare and valuable resource on a tropical island.
"We were fortunate enough to be able to go 25 feet down and get an unlimited supply of clean water to help keep the garden green"
