Avalon by the Sea has beautiful verdant grounds that are well watered via a sprinkler system and a garden well provides an unlimited supply of clean water, a rare and valuable resource on a tropical island.

There are 2 water tanks that have a combined total capacity of 33,000 imperial gallons, so there is always plenty of water at this property.
(The septic tank is located on the front part (west) of the property, over to the right and in front of the stairway going up to the second floor there is a cover to the tank that you can clearly identify.)
