The farmhouse is located in an extremely strategic place, easy to reach from the motorway A1's exit of Fabro far just 8 km. The road leading to the house is asphalted. The Parrano hamlet is really close and it can easily be reached on foot or by bike. The picturesque village has all services and also a beautiful castle with a wellness centre/ Spa in construction. Far just 25-30 km and then reachable in around 20/25 minutes by car, using good roads with little or no traffic we can find: Città della Pieve e Orvieto. Major centres such as Perugia and Assisi are about an hour by car. About Tuscany few km far there are historical centres as Certona, San Casciano dei Bagni (famous also for its Fonteverde's hot spring, one of the most renowned in the world), Chiusi, Montepulciano, Pienza an the Val d'Orcia. Important towns like Siena and Arezzo can be reached in just over one hour by car. Roma and Firenze are just about an hour and a half far.
