Within a five minute stroll of the centre of Dassia, this house is in a surprisingly peaceful location, surrounded by mature trees and with pleasant mountain views.

The floors throughout are tiled, and the ceilings are wood beamed. Air conditioning has been fitted, also aluminium windows and solar heating.

At the other end of the verandah is the staircase which leads to the upper floor. Underneath the staircase is a large storeroom which houses the central heating system.
Once upstairs, there is a large room at the front, designed to have a kitchen at one end, and two double bedrooms with the bathroom in the centre at the back. In other words, the arrangement is the same as the lower floor.

Outside, the garden is lovely, mainly laid to lawn but with plenty of mature fruit trees. To one side there is a pretty covered circular terrace with a barbeque, and there is also a large garage with plenty of room for two cars. The property has its own water supply, so the garden is ideal for keen gardeners.
