On the upper level there are a further 2/3 bedrooms, one of which leads from the main landing area/bedroom. Originally there was another bedroom off this area, but this has been sealed up and the floor removed as the roof beams on the level below became too weak to support the room. This can be reinstated with the addition of new beams and walls externally

The external courtyard is very private and fully enclosed, wrapping around 3 sides of the property. There is a large BBQ area and plenty of room for a swimming pool and terrace, storage, summer seating area etc

Another door from the courtyard leads to the rear of the property and here there is a garage with store which is not included in the price but could be available. There are also plots of land close by available if required

The kitchen is very basic and in needs of renewal. There is some slight ingress of water in one of the bedrooms and the owner is going to have this repaired. Internally a lot of walls have the typical Spanish problem of the paint peeling off due to the salts in the ground

The surrounding land is of almond and olive orchards and the views are fantastic. The property is an end of terrace and the adjoining neighbours do not live there permanently, only visiting occasionally so there is a great deal of privacy
