Almeria airport is approximately a 40 minute drive and the motorway network 5. El Pinar is also 5 minutes from Los Gallardos, here you will find a modern Dr. surgery, supermarkets and traditional bars and restaurants.

The villa is spacious with traditional feature throughout. The lounge/diner is a great size with double patio doors leading to a covered terrace which faces the pool and offers the views. The lounge also has a fully functional fireplace together with hot & cold air-conditioning. The kitchen is fitted, complete with white goods with access to the back terrace. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans and high ceilings which make them feel much bigger than they really are - the master benefits from en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading to the front garden area. The family bathroom is big with shower and the en-suite has full bathtub.

Moving outside, the garden raps around the house and is fairly private with nice mature trees defining the boundary. The garden areas are broken down into two different parts. At the front of the property is a gated entrance which has a gravelled surface with enough room to accommodate several cars. The back garden/terrace is separate and gated. This area is paved, low maintenance and partly covered to ensure shade with a large kidney shape pool, BBQ area and great views of the surrounding area and sea. This space is what you think of when having home in Spain, peaceful surroundings, tranquil setting, nice neighbours, spectacular views, and a great restaurant only 30m from the property with great pool, great food, great outside space, and good company should you want it.

There is a downside as we see it however, but this would not take a great deal of money to rectify and could be reflected in an offer. The windows and doors are looking tired and may need replacing or treated depending on your preference. What can't be rectified with time is a property's location. This villas location is excellent and very well priced for the area. It may need a little TLC but you will be hard pushed to find a better example for the price and location.
