Right to use the apartment (only paying for services, i.e. laundry and maid service) for up to 4 weeks a year (2 weeks between November and March and 2 weeks between April and October, but not during July or August).
Any stays above the 4 week stipulated period of use (and outside July and August) will be charged at 20% of the normal rental, plus costs of cleaning, electricity, water, etc.

Costs to be met by operating company: electricity, water and replacement of day to day household breakages.

The management company will organize rentals, if required, for a commission of 20% of the rental income.
