The location is ideal for lovers of hiking, horseback riding and mountain biking. The flat terrain is perfect for horses or for running a farming or agri-camping activity. Ideal also as a potential wellness centre or a place to practice yoga and meditation. At the edge of the property there is a natural pond where you can swim.

The access is from the main road and then via a 2 km untarmacked road which is well-preserved which leads directly into the natural reserve.
