Portion of farmhouse in exceptionally panoramic location, with open views over the two valleys below and the mountains which surround them. The land (tuffstone and with many round and oval shaped stones of alluvial origin) is hilly, and in various places actually steep, where it has been necessary to create containing walls and gutters for rainwater, in order to limit erosion. In fact, there are cross-section grills on the drive to the house, cement drains, containing walls, pophyry pavements around the house to limit the infiltration of water.

The property has an independent heating system on LPG and on diesel. The cooker in the kitchen on the other hand works on gas provided for by two small tanks located outside, 20 meters from the dwelling. The water used in the bathroom in the basement is heated electrically, which allows it to be used also in case the gas system is not working. There is air conditioning on the ground and first floor.

At basement level, we find a traditional oven, where pizza and bread can be made; this is also where we find the utility room with autoclave, and two water cisterns for a total of 200 litres.

All windows and doors on the ground floor have bars or grates, while the upper floor has solid oak doors.

The restoration works carried out on the property date back to 1982.
