Ovacik is found nestled on a small plateau in the hills above the famous beach resort of Oludeniz and the busy harbour town of Fethiye. Sitting at the foot of mount Babadag and Mendos, both clad with pine trees, and enjoying a gentle mountain breeze that drifts through the valley throughout the summer, often a very welcome relief from the scorching temperatures.
