Tusson has a very good shop for daily baguettes and groceries,The Compostelle restaurant is known as one of the best restaurants in the region,there is a wine cave,a canard specialist store, a garage, a bar/cafe open in season. Lots of other interesting features , a heritage centre a couple of Bric-a-brac shops and plenty of walks around the village including "le Chemin de Fleur" .A 15 mins drive takes you to the larger town of Ruffec which has all the major supermarkets, Poitiers airport is less than an hour good UK connections, Cognac and Angouleme are approx 30mins drive. Aigre is a small market town 5mins drive away again with all commerce.I you fancy a trip to the beaches it takes about 1:40 mins. this is a reluctant sale but it for sale for a very genuine reason and we have enjoyed our previous six years here.
