We enter the property from a tarmac road and arrive at a court-yard which is in use as an outside patio on which a storage also in use as laundry area. The main enterance is through the well equipped kitchen with dish washer, extractor fan, cooker and fridge-freezer. The wooden cabinets have been hand made to match the wooden doors and windows. The lounge has approx. 25m2 has a very nice traditional wooden ceiling (quatro aguas). From the lounge you have access to the master bedroom, the full bathroom and another roon now in use as dining room but which also can be used as a 2nd. bedroom. From the patio an external staircase leads to the roof terrace which gives you wide views over extensive orange groves and to the South the ocean.


In the lounge a German mass wood burning stove which generates heat to the walls. Because of the old type Taipa walls the house is very well insulated. It has of course double glazing and a very well insulated roof makes the house comfortable throughout the year. On the roof a 300 litre Solar system for the hot water supplies. Furthermore the house is equipped with a reversed osmosis system providing pure drinking water. Furthermore there is a vitalising water system installed which provides overall quality water. The floors are with traditional Santa Catarina tiles. Can be sold partial furnished.
