Vineyard
The vineyard extends to 14ha75 in AOC Bordeaux. The planted grape varieties are Cabernet Sauvignon (40%), Merlot (50%) and Cabernet Franc (10%) and a little bit of Malbec for the production of red wines, and Sauvignon Gris and Muscadelle for white Bordeaux.
The density of the vines is 3mx0.90m. The soil is siliceous.
Production in 2015 was 700HL. The winery of 800m² is equipped with stainless steel tanks and cement vats. The wine is aged partly in barrels. There is another building for equipment and treatment products. The vineyard equipment is included in the sale as well as trademarks.
