Edenarc 1800 is a new ski in ski out development in Les Arcs 1800. Located directly on the slopes in winter, on a golf course in summer, the development is positioned to benefit from exceptional sunlight and 360°outstanding views over the surrounding mountains, including Le Mont Blanc.

This 4* resort at the heart of Paradiski is entirely pedestrian, holds an aqua relaxation complex with an indoor and outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, a steam room and a sauna as well as a fitness area.

The apartments are bought fully furnished and equipped, and decorated to an extremely high standard. The design throughout the development is contemporary Savoie architecture with a combination of wood, stone, and picture windows blended with the history of the Savoie region.

Tall windows allowing incredible views and light cover 70% of the building's facade. The top floors have large picture windows and high ceilings, up to over 4 meters, and a great view over the surrounding mountains.

Included in the prices, is also an indoor parking space underneath the development, a private storage room in the cellar and usage of a ski locker.


Arc 1800 is the centre (and by far the biggest) of the different resorts in Les Arcs with a lot of different activities especially in summer. Tennis, swimming, wellness facilities are all available onsite, however there are plenty of other activities such as rock climbing, hiking, golf, skating that can be arranged in the resort.

In Les Arcs 1800 there are a multitude of restaurants, apres ski bars and cafés. There are boutique shops as well as high street brands, with plenty of ski hire shops throughout.

A new chair lift is planned for 2015 from Edenarc reaching the mountain tops, opening the area up even further.

On the golf course the club house will be extended with a restaurant, beginners slopes and more family friendly activities.

The free shuttle buses running between Les Arcs 1600, 1800, 1950 and 2000 make travel between resorts quick and easy. You can try skiing a different resort for the day, or pop over to enjoy an evening meal in a different part of the mountain.


There are good transport links from Chambery and Geneva airports to Bourg Saint Maurice. The train station at Bourg is next to the funicular which can take you straight up to Les Arcs.

Running throughout the day there is a free shuttle bus that runs from Les Arcs 1600 to Les Arcs 2000, making travel between resorts affordable and easy.
