Well proportioned 3 bed 2 bath villa in an idyllic setting with wonderful mountain views, quiet location and only a short drive to Chirivel a small traditional town with all amenities including, doctors surgery, butchers, bakery, Chemist, 3 small supermarkets, restaurants and a Friday market.

You enter the villa through a nice porch and entrance hall. From the hall to the left you have the large master bedroom with large en-suit shower room. If you veer to the right there is a hallway with the two remaining bedrooms which again are doubles and all the bedrooms come with fitted wardrobes. The family bathroom is in between the two rooms and comes with full bath. From this hall you can also access the conservatory/morning room which is a fabulous sitting area to enjoy the winter sun and the owner's favorite part of the house evident to see why. This room has electricity and functions well as a separate sitting room to the rest of the house and an ideal entertaining area. The two bedrooms access this room and therefore would work well if you were to have guests staying at the property.
