The lack of light pollution means that on a clear night you can see the milky way. The nearest town of Felletin, is approx. 20 minute drive down country lanes offering views over the rolling hills. It has a selection of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. There are also doctors, dentists and vets. There is a weekly market each Friday morning. The larger town of Aubusson with its old quarter, UNESCO listed tapestry industry and hospital is a 30 minute drive.

The furnishings were selected to be in keeping with the house. All the furniture and fittings plus most of the contents are being sold with the house for an additional €15,000. This includes everything you need to start living there straight away.
