The front of the building gives on to Aribau street, and the other side looks out into an interior courtyard, a traditional feature of Eixample buildings. Due to its characteristics and the year it was built, it has been listed in the 'Conservation sector of the Ensanche', and as level C in the Barcelona heritage protection scheme, and these listings will aid the future preservation of the building.

The building has a total of seven floors, with the top six residential and the ground floor being commercial premises - the ground floor also has an opening into the interior courtyard. The building's facade is southwest facing and has a proportional composition. Its balconies, all of which are the same size, come equipped with attractive wooden shutters and wrought iron railings. The space in-between each floor is occupied by intricate designs featuring the silhouettes of angels. The facade also includes a number of decorative floral motifs and wrought iron details in its railings, the top balconies also have Corinthian style supports.

Due to the layout of the apartment, the interior is clearly divided into two separate areas: it has a 'daytime' area, consisting of an open plan kitchen, dining and living room, complete with a balcony, and a 'night-time' area, which consists of a bathroom, a bedroom and a master bedroom with en suite, and this nighttime area looks out into the tranquil interior courtyard, typical of the buildings in Eixample. Many of the apartments original mosaic floors have been well preserved, giving the flat plenty of character. The ceilings have also been well preserved with their authentic wooden beams on show.
