There is more than enough space for a pool on this plot and the presence of a double set of gates would allow access for machinery without creating a disturbance to the rest of the property

The restored building has terracotta floor tiles, exposed wooden beams, double-glazing, a good internet connection and heating is by means of gas central heating and the wood burning stoves. There is a 65 metre deep well as well as a spring water supply. There is also a garage with an up and over door.
