The villa is approximately 10 minutes from the motorway network, 5 minutes from the beaches of Mojacar Playa and amenities. Mojácar is situated in the southeast of the province of Almeria in Andalusia in the South of Spain, on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, 90 km from the capital of the province, Almeria. Divided into two distinct areas, the village and the beach, the combination of both makes Mojácar, without a doubt, the most cosmopolitan area in the region.

Mojácar village "El Pueblo" is located on a mountain, in Arabic appearance, with picturesque streets and terraces. There are magnificent views of the coast from the highest point of the village, the Castle vantage point, but the best way to see the town itself and its medieval architecture is the leave the car and walk and stroll through its streets. Mojacar Beach "Mojácar Playa" is about 5 km of fine sand beaches. It has a good mix of chiriguitos (beach bars) restaurants, bars, clubs and secluded coves that stretch into the distance, reaching to the edge of the National Park of Cabo de Gata.

Mojácar has more than 3,000 hours of sunshine a year, the average annual temperature is around 20° c, and winter is normally mild with temperatures of around 20°C. Communication is very good, the motorway is just a few kilometres away, with Almeria airport 90km, Murcia at 150 km and Alicante at 220 km away. The AVE (the high-speed train) is coming soon to Vera, just five minutes from Mojácar.
