Project was launched already 1 year ago, we got the building license in May this year and the complex will be completed in December 2017 (+/- 3 months). Has 84 apartments with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms and 10 townhouses. Few weeks ago we launched in this complex our last 15 units and today we still have 7 units available: 5 apartments with 3 bedrooms and 2 townhouses. the floor plans of each available property, the price list and collaboration agreement. From urbanisation everything is walking distance: only 8-10 min walk to the beach and village center, 2 min walk to the nearest supermarket, 5 min walk to the nearest restaurant, 5 min walk to the weekly market, 5 min walk to the nearest golf course etc. Basically everything you need is walking distance. Project is gated complex with 24h security, beautifully landscaped gardens with waterfalls, big pool area with heated pool, jaccuzi and childrens pool with slide, gym and games room. The prices of the apartments include parking space and storage room. All the apartments, including the ground floors, have sea views. Orientation south-west. Payment schedule: 6000 eur deposit for reservation 30% + vat with private purchase contract in 3-5 weeks after reservation 70% + vat on completion with first occupancy license (block 1 and block 2) was pre-launched 2 weeks ago and today we have already more than 30 reservations. Please, find the price list attached. From this complex, there is 5 min walk to the beach and only 150 meters to the village center. In total will have 109 apartments of 2 and 3 bedrooms. Apartments is gated complex with 24h security, beautifully landscaped gardens, water features, 360m2 SPA and outside pool area. All apartments have underground parking and storage room, which are included in the price. Orientation south-west. A typical 2 bedroom apartment is 90m2 built + 25m2 of terrace. Ground floor apartments have 25m2 of terrace + 35-40m2 of private garden (please, find a floor plan of a typical 2 bed unit in Lotus) We still don't have 3D photos, confirmed site plan, neither individual floor plans. That's why we call it pre-launch and pre-reservations. Interested buyers are pre-reserving apartments subject to floor plans and subject to building license. We expect to have building license in May 2017 and complete in the end of 2018. Payment schedule: 6000 eur deposit for pre-reservation (money goes to the bank account of the lawyer of the client, not to us. Legally we can't charge any money before we have building license) 30% + vat (including 6000 eur deposit) when we have building license 70% + vat on completion with first occupancy license
