Unlike standard Cypriot construction this house remains much cooler in the Summer and warmer in the Winter months and does not suffer from water penetration. The consequent saving on fuel bills is substantial.

All main rooms are air conditioned. The A.C. units also provide warm air heating in the winter. Hot water is provided from ultra efficient solar heat exchanges and there are no ugly tanks visible on the roof.

Mains electricity, water and telephone supplies are all underground.

Externally there is a large patio area with steps leading down to the pool and entertainment area which comprises of a 9 x 5 private pool, crazy (non slip) natural paving surround, mature garden to two sides and a purpose built bar area with built-in refrigerator. To the north-east of the house there is a large gravel parking area (for 6-7 cars) and garden surrounds. It is possible that a double garage could be constructed in this area if desired.
