The house was built in 1826 as a hunting lodge, with place for the horses, carriages, dogs etc. The present owners bought this as a ruin with leaking roofs, and no utilities. Since 2005 they have devotedly renovated it to a magnificent spacious house with maximum insulation and all comforts.

On the first floor large shower room, three bedrooms and very large games room of 75m2! Detached toilet.

Attached to the House barn used as garage and workshop, to the side wood pellet boiler and its 4 tons wood pellet storage silo. Above the barn, 60m2 loft, that can be used to extend the first floor habitable space.

Behind the house on the south west large terrace with pool of 9,5 by 4,5 meters pool. It is heated and covered with a removable perspex roof. On same area, small wooden chalet with filters, and behind wall, heat pump for the pool.

Old caretakers house is a ruin today, but can be turned into a nice house with 24m2 foot print on the ground floor. Under it a vaulted cellar used by present owners as their wine storage.

To the other side of the garden a garden shed and wood stock area.

The Entrance is gated with trees lining the access to the house, to the right of the entrance the beautiful pond fed by under water source. the owners have cleaned it and maintained the fish fauna in it.

The large grass field is lined with trees acting as a wind breaker. Large enough for a horse or two.

A wonderful house, in perfect condition, on the outskirts of the charollais farming hamlet, but at just a few kilometers of the burgundy wines and beautiful Morvan.
